Academic honesty is expected of all students enrolled at Heritage College. Academic dishonesty is a serious offence and will result in consequences ranging from a reprimand to expulsion from the College. Acts of academic dishonesty include, but are not limited to, the following • Plagiarism: that which is represented as one’s own work and has been deliberately copied from any outside source, including other students’ work. • Cheating: copying, falsifying, stealing or aiding others in such dishonest activities. • Modification and/or falsification of documents or records. • Theft, or attempted theft of examination or any academic materials. The department, in consultation with the program coordinator and the instructor, will administer penalties. Transgressions and penalties will be documented and stored on the student’s file in the Registrar’s Office, according to College retention schedules. Students expelled for academic dishonesty will be assigned an identifying withdrawal code.
Heritage College believes in the importance of attendance and its relationship to achievement. There is a mandatory attendance requirement that is applied across all College programs. Max of 3 missed classes can be accepted. More than that you may not be qualified to get your diploma . Please contact your instructor if you will miss one or more of your classes. programs will monitor attendance.

A Grade Point Average (GPA) of 1 is required for
WITHDRAWAL FROM CLASSES AND PROGRAMS
Students wishing to withdraw from a program or course must notify the academic department. Depending on the period of attendance, students may be eligible for a refund according to the Tuition Refund Policy. The period of attendance is calculated from the day on which the program commences to the last day of attendance.
